One Clinton – a 139-unit residential tower that has drawn comparisons to the iconic Flatiron Building – has topped out in Brooklyn Heights, New York.

Situated on the grounds of the former Francis Keally-designed Brooklyn Heights Library, the 36-storey structure will feature a luxe sky lounge and bar, a 2,000 sq ft (185.8 sq m) fitness centre, a multimedia lounge, a screening and music room, children's playroom, and multiple terraces.

Equipped with Peloton bikes as well as cardio and strength training machines, the fitness centre will play host to a sauna, hot tub, and yoga room.

Condos will include a variety of one- to four-bedroom apartments, all of which will be fitted with high ceilings, oversized windows, and artisanal kitchen furniture.

Studio DB is responsible for the property's home interiors, as well as the lobby and common areas.

The building's master plan was conceived by Marvel Architects and is being realised by construction company T.G. Nickel & Associates.

According to real estate firm Hudson Companies – the site's developer – the One Clinton project will also see a public library and two retail spaces created at the tower's base.

Condominiums, which first went on sale in September 2018, are anticipated to be completed in 2020.
