A farm estate in the English countryside has opened a new purpose-built spa on its grounds with a focus on combining wellness and the natural environment.

Green Farm in Kent is located in a conservation area and surrounded by 12,500 acres of ancient woodland and traditional pastures, but located just 37 minutes from London by train.

The spa features two treatment rooms and offers exclusively ESPA massage, beauty and holistic therapies, and also features a walled garden for relaxation with hot tub, log-burning stove, outdoor shower and water feature, as well as a sauna.

“The essence is a boutique luxury spa, with a focus on the natural environment,” said Maryann Richmond-Coggan, owner of Green Farm.

Guests are encouraged to roam the farm, taking in the changing seasons. In April they'll find wood anemone; in May, lambs in the field and bluebells; and in summer, they can watch the stars, have an evening hot tub, and listen to the nightingales.

Green Farm includes a self-catering luxury barn, B&B in the main house, half spa day or full spa day options. Wellness weekends are also held six times a year at the Green Farmhouse, a sensitively restored 15th century listed hall house.
