Can't make it to the health club? A new mounted gym can train you from the comfort of your home.

Somewhat like a polite version of the talking looking glass in Snow White, Mirror doubles as a life-improvement coach and cosmetic accessory, providing users with a library of streamable workouts, as well as exclusive access to over 50 live classes per week.

Workouts, which include cardio, strength, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and HIIT, are conducted by a team of remote instructors.

Homeowners can also connect their Apple Watch or Bluetooth heart monitor to gain custom biometric assessments. Similarly, Spotify subscribers can integrate their playlists to further personalise their fitness experience.

Mirror then uses this biometric and preferential data to offer "text-based tips and encouragement and even video-based modifications for injuries".

In a statement, Brynn Putnam, Mirror's creator commented: "After decades on the frontline of fitness, I have seen firsthand the critical need for an at-home fitness option that doesn't require compromising quality for convenience.

"Mirror addresses that need, by delivering the variety, personalisation, and interactivity of the studio experience directly into members' homes."
