Real estate company Fortress Development has released new renderings for the Avenue Bellevue residences in Seattle, Washington.

Featuring 332 homes – including 98 "Estate Homes" – the new two-tower residential complex will offer and provide a wellness-friendly selection of services and amenities, including integrated bathroom fixtures and showers by Gessi, lighting technology by Antonio Lupi, and adaptive wardrobes and sleeping areas by Poliform.

One of the building’s towers will also function as the Pacific Northwest’s first Intercontinental Hotel.

Accordingly, residents will have exclusive access to the hotel's spa, fitness centre, concierge, and room service offerings.

Speaking on the project, Andy Lakha, principal and CEO of Fortress commented: "I have spent two years assembling what I call the 'dream team' of partners to bring this vision of artistic architectural design and luxury residences to life.

"These design partners represent unparalleled, innovative and thoughtful home features unlike anything seen in other condo developments in the Seattle region."

The residences, which were designed by architecture firms Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) and Weber Thompson, are scheduled to break ground later this year.
